Drona Ventures India Private Limited was promoted in the year 2011 by a team of professionals, in order to incubate start up ventures in the fields of Information Technology, Food, Retail and Education sectors. The unique idea of this venture is that it is not only about investing into the businesses but also to make sure that the entrepreneurs are nurtured, guided and mentored well.

The group also has a Management Consulting arm, which specializes in supporting start ups and growing companies. This arm supports the various ventures promoted and nurtured by Drona.

The fundamental belief of Drona Ventures is that the future of the economic development will be propelled by SME entrepreneurs. SME’s constitute significant portion of the Indian economy. The dynamics of Indian SME’s are very unique and it is largely dependent on the promoters themselves.
